All telephone messages will be passed on to the Doctor or Nurse, who will respond according to the urgency of the request.

Staff will send messages to the Doctor or Nurse via an internal messaging system. Staff will only interrupt a consultation if the problem is life threating.

You can request our email address from reception staff but there is a risk that information may be missed. In addition we do urge patients to consider the issue of security before sending medical information via email.
