To be eligible for GP telehealth services patients must have had a face-to-face consultation with their GP or another GP in this practice, in the 12 months before the telehealth service
Dear Patients - please note that a Level C Consultation (for a longer consultation involving multiple health issues) is no longer eligible for a telephone consultation under Medicare. You can however have a Level C Telehealth Consultation which is via Video. Please contact our lovely reception staff to organize a Video Consultation (Telehealth).
